Is the charge door not supposed to close on it's own anymore? Even when you shift into drive.

I found myself going 70MPH on the highway with the charge door open yesterday. It won't let you close the door while driving, so I had to pull over on the side of the road so I could close it.
Did it already think it was closed? There's no "it's closed" sensor, the truck has to keep track of the state.

That could be it. It was the first drive after installing the update. It might have forgotten the door's status during the update.

I tried the camp off mode again last night and the screen can only be turned back on by pressing the brake pedal now. Rivian might have changed the mode behavior at some point.
Nope. It still does it...

Also just got it. Any side effects so far?
Yep my cell phone Bluetooth is basically bricked, however I do have an out of production phone that never really worked very well with the truck.

I have a LG V60 thinq, but today I'm going to be switching over to a Nothing phone 2. We'll see if the nothing phone has any issues with the rivian.

It is supposed to close when the vehicle is put into any gear..

March 2023 update 2023.10.01:
"After you remove the charging cable, the charge port door no longer automatically closes after 30 seconds. The charge port door closes automatically when you drive the vehicle. You can also manually close it from the center display or using the sensor on the charge port door."

Well someone forgot to tell my car about that. ;) I have been manually closing the door since that experience. I'll stop and see if it was just a random onetime bug.

You may need a full reboot if you haven't tried that yet?

Day later on my drive home… couldn’t switched modes until I pulled over and did a restart.
I had my screen crash on a received call before the latest patch. Couldn't do anything till the watchdog rebooted it for me. Truck still drove fine.

AC noise is gone. I'm not able to take or make Bluetooth phone calls. I'll reset the entertainment center and re sync the phone...

Started the update before I went to bed last night. Got up this morning to an update failed notification on the phone. Had to call, and they have to manually push it to the truck again, but that team doesn't work on weekends. Oh well. First time I had an issue with an update.
