That’s sux, do you have any issues with navigation? Mine quit working after doing hard reset as per service recommendation.

Lost hwy assist today on 2 major interstates where it used to work fine.

Drivecam stopped working twice after the update. First time it made me reformat the drive. Second time I had to do a soft reset, and it worked after that. Today I noticed that no videos are saved for gearguard even though it alerts that events have occured.

I'm all for colorful lighting, but the camera/recording bug and the "auto" suspension bug are just terrible. It really ruins the driving experience and its shocking these are not tested thoroughly prior to release.

Noticed the same here here. Doing a 3,000+ mile roadtrip and on large sections of I-80 in Nevada there is no longer Driver+ availability. Definitely used it in these sections before…

Try a soft reset to see if your navigation comes back. Mine was a black screen after a hard reset, took 2 soft resets for my nav screen to come back. Might save you a SC/mobile appointment.

Same here. Has a reset fixed this for you? I’ve only tried a soft reset so far but no dice.

Since the update, my 2023 R1T has the volume up all the way when I get in the truck.
It's happened 4-5 times, when I scroll the volume wheel it come on full blast after being totally quiet even though I was listening to music last trip.
It only does it after sleeping and never any time else and I mean full blast!
I've done both resets, no help.
It's only done it a few times and now I'm ready but what the ??
Anybody else have this?

I had to hard reset yesterday to get Driver+ to work on i280 yesterday.

We have not gotten .37 yet. After hearing of all these problems, we intend to hold off installation until some of this stuff gets ironed out.

Makes me wish there was a channel for reporting software related issues that are not phone-app related. Putting in a service ticket probably just gums up the system.
