The last software update royally jacked up my vehicle. Profiles, all driver+ sensors and warnings, GPS was jacked up on the maps, music messed up, locks messed up etc etc. I logged all of this in service tickets and Service called me today. We ran a hard reset over the phone and it cleared everything up.I havent done a hard reset yet. I would expect service to weigh on this before going that route. I have a service appointment this week due to alignment issues noticed at delivery so I will let them iron this stuff out.
Comment from them on doing hard resets: Its a myth that you arent supposed to do them. You can do them 10 times a day.
