Looks like a glitch in the graphing. At 46 kW and 240 V, your truck would be pulling 191 amps.
If the graph is accurate, you should be smelting aluminum, or running nuclear fusion experiments in your garage! ?

I prefer the simplest explanation: I’m just pulling 1,150 volts. That’s why the breaker didn’t trip!
