Have you had the suspension components checked? Sometimes issues with suspension bushings or even tire wear can contribute to a persistent pull.
tires are getting close to needing a replacement. That may be the issue.

A quick way to check whether it is an alignment issue (thrust angle) or a tire issue would be to rotate the tires and see if the pull follows the the tires. I'd say 1 in 10 alignment jobs I was handed as a tech would be a tire pull rather than the alignment, which is why I always spoke to the customer and test-drove the car first!

200 Miles on my R1T. Alignment & Balance pretty bad hoping I can get Rivians blessing to go to a discount tire and get it fixed. On the 22 inch wheels.

Symptoms:

Mild right steer bias when trying to drive straight
Jiggling steering wheel at 75 mph+

@ham: Our alignment has been perfect, on both Rivians, since our 2024 deliveries.

"Jiggling steering wheel" can be alignment/balance, or all the other wrong things, or the normal feel of Rivian's steering "nudges."

I found the "nudges" mildly annoying, especially at first, but less so as time goes on and I get used to them and realize they don't mean anything bad is happening.

I actually turn LKAS assist off in all my vehicles. It’s an oscillation that gets worse at higher speeds.

I found another thread with similar complaints, basically identical to this:

Same issues from day one going back to march 2022. I really hope this can be addressed at some point. I've had the wheels rotated and tires balanced twice now by service. Has not solved anything. Maybe not as bad as it used to be, but still unacceptable.

I finally had my alignment issue fixed but not by rivian. I had been at the service center in Miami 3 times and they could never fix the drift. Apparently they tell the techs to tell the customer to drive with 2 hands at all times ( to not notice the drift apparently ). My issue was when I held the steering wheel straight on a flat road the truck would drift to the right. Even engaging highway assist on a long trip the steering wheel was held at an angle to counter the drift. I went to a local alignment shop where they adjusted the caster by 9/10 on the left side and now truck drives straight on a flat road but does follow the crown of the road. Attaching the before and after alignment specs from rivian and then the independent shop for reference. Baby got to the second one before I could take a picture so I apologize for the quality :CWL:

@igodash thanks for posting, this is a good reference. BTW: It looks like the independent shop has slightly tighter camber and caster specs.
