Not sure how enforced that is. Especially if it is only one or two claims a year. If you do it 35 times, they may be more likely to come after you.lIsn’t there a clause around the federal incentive that you do not intend to sell the vehicle and pocket the incentive?
Considering the MSRP of the car is now ~$95k, and buying now would deliver the car a full 2 years before a new pre-order...I'd say you could probably sell a new R1T for around $150k right now.its its legit and if he knows whats going on with vehicles prices and is aware of the recent price change, im sure he's expecting a bidding war by listing it at that price.
I don't think there's technically a limit in the current law.Not sure how enforced that is. Especially if it is only one or two claims a year. If you do it 35 times, they may be more likely to come after you.l
He's not going to like my 1RT thenBuyer beware...he calls it an RT1 like 4 times.
