Just found out today via chat that I am in Rivian "time out' I am a LE reservation holder. Nov 2020 reservation. When RJ raised the price, I cancelled. when he rescinded the price hikes I came back. I have my order number and on the Rivian website it shows up. Reached out to Rivian via chat and then called. I was told that my order is classified at "invalid configuration". Yet the agent said, my build is present and correct, but something is wrong internally on their system. Relieved and pissed off at the same time. Had I not called, my order would of been in limbo. Got NO emails or delivery updates. I'm in my original delivery window. Pissed because had I not initiated the call, nothing would of happened. Now I'm told it will take about a week or so to iron it out. That' f'd up.
So I post this for others who did NOT get an email to reach out and ask them for a status update. I can't believe I"m the only one who's order is f'd up. So frustrating.

I may be in the same boat. Chat support keeps telling me I'll get an update "this weekend" that has now failed to materialize three times.

It’s possible. I was lucky to ask nicely yet firmly. I had to know what my status was and not be blown off by telling me that emails should be going out. That’s BS

Mine shows as invalid as well and order status cancelled. But I did get emails and recently got an updated delivery date - and my first mile invite.

Just sharing so it’s not a guaranteed freak out if you previously cancelled. Just a chance of freak out.

I wonder if your issue would have been visible by looking at the graphql on your account page. Looking at mine below, it probably would have shown the invalid result in the configurationStatus. With my recent delivery window update I know I'm ok. Just need to move beyond my triple null status in the next several weeks.

And yet, it was his sacrifice (along with the many others who canceled) that convinced Rivian to backtrack... so we salute you for breaking your faith! :D

Use the instructions linked above, but there are a couple of changes since they were posted. Once you are in the Network tab you need to Ctrl-R to refresh it. Don't even bother trying to do the search for configurationStatus in the instructions. Just click on the Network tab then hit Ctrl-R. I found that the second graphql in the refreshed list has my info. The Ctrl-R added step is several posts later in that thread and I was about to give up before I found it.

Hmmm....

I followed these instructions and got this:

Does this mean I need to reach out to them since I am currently showing a cancelled status even though the reservation was restored?

Is there anything visually different before and after the fix on your page. In other words is there anything that is a tip off without looking at the code?
