Just found out today via chat that I am in Rivian "time out' I am a LE reservation holder. Nov 2020 reservation. When RJ raised the price, I cancelled. when he rescinded the price hikes I came back. I have my order number and on the Rivian website it shows up. Reached out to Rivian via chat and then called. I was told that my order is classified at "invalid configuration". Yet the agent said, my build is present and correct, but something is wrong internally on their system. Relieved and pissed off at the same time. Had I not called, my order would of been in limbo. Got NO emails or delivery updates. I'm in my original delivery window. Pissed because had I not initiated the call, nothing would of happened. Now I'm told it will take about a week or so to iron it out. That' f'd up.
So I post this for others who did NOT get an email to reach out and ask them for a status update. I can't believe I"m the only one who's order is f'd up. So frustrating.
