Anyone Had Mobile Seat Replacement?

I picked up my R1S from the Richmond service center today and it's even better than I had hoped. The one punch out item was a weird noise in the back of the driver's seat. The service person came out and confirmed it was a defect and we'd have to replace the whole seat. I live in Raleigh so they are going to see if they can replace the whole seat via mobile servicing. It sounds pretty complicated so I'm wondering if anyone has had this repair done through their mobile service team. I'm considering driving back up to Richmond for the repair - worst case, I get to spend more time in this amazing vehicle.

It's not too complicated. It basically is just bolted on to some rails and plugged in. They took mine out and put back with mobile service to fix some horrible rattle. Yeah may be unnerving to see seats all removed but not a huge deal. Biggest risk is scraping other stuff when removing and putting back in which happened to us and resulted in additional replacements of panels.
