Looks like almost a 100% knockoff down to the grid and bend at bottom, except they don't have the Molle right. A cheaper approximation absolutely, but I'd stick with the people who designed it, not the knockoff on Amazon FWIW.

I'd bought a set (from a different manufacturer), and while they are pretty cool, you cannot open the spare tire bay until you take everything you've hung on the Molle panels off. Just a bit of an inconvenience.

I personally skip the import knockoffs whenever possible on principle alone. Perhaps not legally by the letter of the law, but in concept, it's theft. I see this a lot in the weight training equipment world. There's a whole political angle to this situation as well, but this is not the place for it.
