The issue is more that the kids just jump in before they're buckled in (parent is fussing with groceries or loading backpacks and what not) and they head right to the front screen. If it's locked or disabled that stops.With Tesla, you can disable the controls for the rear screen so kids can't play media.
On Rivian, you can only play media on the front screen. Is that a deterrent already as children aren't typically in the front seat?
My son asks for it all the time too but he's in the backseat in a child seat. Too bad, so sad.![]()
