If you tap "Vent Windows" do they roll down all the way? Just an inch?

Definitely at least 2.5 - 3 inches. Shows "vent windows" if all windows are closed. If any windows are open, it shows "Close windows".

I’m only seeing “Close Windows”. Even after clicking on it and seeing it showing they’re closing, doesn’t change status. This is disconcerting, especially with it raining. When I go out to the truck, all windows appear closed.

I’ve had issues with things involving “Wake vehicle” in general. Truck should have good connection to cloud and phone is on same network. it seems to do everything it wants to do (download software, etc.) just fine. Just wonky app interaction.

I haven’t seen it say “Vent Windows” yet.

Maybe time to open a ticket.

Anyone else getting this Calibration Needed error? I tried restarting the phone but it didn't help. I haven't driven the R1T since updating.

Maybe try recalibrating the auto window switches. There's a couple other posts on the forum about it...hold open for 5 seconds and then close for 5 seconds.

So happy with this update. Now I can pull my phone out of my pocket, open the app, hit controls, open hood instead of pushing the button.

Seriously though, we need the ability to send an address to the GPS. I'm getting tired of typing in long / lats.

Lastly, way too many ads on this site now. Getting 300x250 anchor ads popping up over the content even after I close them.

They are misbehaving ads. You can report them to the admin and they report it to their ad service.

A Local college one used to constantly pop up and made the site unusable.

That’s because your truck isn’t on the update that enables it. My understanding is once they release the next OTA update it will populate.

This is true. Got the OTA update today and you must close the app and reopen app to see the new features.

Was about 103F here today and used the "vent windows". I'm in the 1" crowd. Nice function.

This worked for me, I read on another thread this is the process.

1. Must be done from each individual door, not only from drivers side.
2. Hold down past second notch while window opens and keep holding for 5 second after window finishes opening.
3. Hold up past second notch while window closes and keep holding for 5 second after window finishes closing.

After this I restarted the app and had the vent window option.
