Many are reporting much better experiences the last few months, so hopefully it is improving alot already. Like people always say...only the bad experience people post, so I am hopeful that is largely true. But seeing all the bad experiences still is concerning.Sounds like they need to use some of that cash to build a whole lot more service centers. I figured this would be a pain point, just like it was for Tesla for a while. Curious to see how quickly they respond.
That's true, although we've heard about some of the California SCs being overrun a bit now. Many are reporting much better experiences the last few months, so hopefully it is improving alot already. I agree...service should be a bright point for a brand like Rivian and instead it is often a black eye. Hoping they are making the right moves and we will all see the results quickly. And not "s00n"....That's true, although we've heard about some of the California SCs being overrun a bit now.
It doesn't impact me personally, but will be harmful to owners and the company, so fingers crossed they get it sorted.
