It happened a while ago and I thought I'd see if it came back in a future update but we've had 3 maybe 4 updates and I still don't have the option. I can still manually turn on my high-beams but i no longer have the option to have the truck do it automatically. Was this removed for everyone else?

You have to turn it on in the Driver+ settings.

The slider is in several places on my truck. I keep it off though.

Huh? Picture of your driver's screen showing the headlight controls please - mine show Auto is the default options and all you have to do is select the option you want from the stalk.

Yep, I've added that screen shot as well. I usually have the feature disabled but I suspect the settings allow you to control the behavior separately when Driver+ is and isn't engaged
Just checked the owner's guide and that didn't really address the separate controls. Intentionally or not, it appears Rivian has taken a page from Microsoft's play book by having the same setting redundantly located in multiple places. Changing the setting on one screen also changes it on the other.

I still have it and it turns on during my drive daily.

Thanks all. I got it re-enabled. I don't ever remember disabling it. One of the Rivian mysteries.

That's automatic headlights (i.e. switching from DRLs to headlights). The OP was asking about automatic high-beams (turning them on and off as other vehicles are detected)

It's under Driver+ as well for some reason.
The reason being that Driver+ needs to see better at night. It is similar to the Full Self Driving Beta in a Tesla where it is a requirement to turn on Auto Hi Beam in order for it to work well.

I just checked and it is under “Exterior Lights” as @electruck mentioned in his reply and also within the “Driver+” options. I’m on 2023.46

Settings frequently, but not always, get reset when installing software updates which is extremely annoying. Hopefully Rivian gets better about that as their processes mature.
