Better jack options/suggestions please

Howdy, needed to replace a flat tire (ruptured sidewall) due to low stonewall and pilot error a couple days ago. Found a nice flat area but struggled with the factory jack and even after several adjustments it never looked very safe and required significant effort to get to an appropriate height for a full size spare. I have a jack puck and looking for suggestions on a better jack to keep in the vehicle. Appreciate any advice.

Keep this upright in storage. Big thread on this forum that the oil will leak out and the jack may not work if not stored upright.

Rivian OEM jack version 1 is trash. Version 2 is slightly better. $1300 for the full size spare tire from the Gear Shop, they could have included a better tire service kit. the lift assembly is 3 separate, loose pieces (plastic jack puck, scissor lift, plastic base which have no locking/connecting mechanism to each other). just seems very cheap and worst unstable lifting a 7000 lbs vehicle.

i'd recommend buying your own jack like the Badlands or Pro Eagle

Cheap bottle jack, they are all the same and the expensive ones don't give you anything useful. The only feature I've seen different is a built in lock (sort of jack stand), and those are cheap too.
