Halloween is rapidly approaching and the next OTA is about three weeks away. Will we get the owl and the zombies and all that other good stuff again?

I didn’t have my truck yet at that time so I never got to enjoy the owl. I have been diagnosed by a medical professional with an acute case of FOMO. It’s Rivian’s fault and I am owed a full refund or a free R2.

Unless they deleted it since it's initial release, Halloween mode should already be "installed" and won't need an ota. It might be unlocked by calendar date?

It was user selectable last year. You didn't have to use it, but it was objectively better.

Same here, I want to see what we missed! I’ll also enjoy a different ambient lighting color just for a change.

My pws / bird chirp speaker quit working. I enjoy the quieter drive, but perhaps I should troubleshoot before Halloween so I don't miss out.

I was disappointed that it went away. Then disappointed again that there hasn't been any other special themes for other occasions.

I have a feeling maybe Rivian stopped placing RGB accent lights in newer builds for cost saving and that could also explain why they never made color changing options available in the UI. If that’s the case, it’s possible we don’t see Halloween mode again. Hopefully I’m wrong.

Lack of RGB is the worst thing about the interior for a car at this price point. Hopefully they aren't equipping new trucks with white only. The cost savings would be extremely minimal.
