Calling for a well being check on Alexa

Alexa has gone missing and is not answering my calls. I get a “couldn’t connect to Alexa. Try again later” when I go into the app page in settings.
Anyone else’s Alexa has gone missing?

After the last update, 2024-11-02, Alexa no longer speaks or replies to me. Must have pissed her off. She plays the music I request but does not respond to any questions. Tried software reboot and signing out and in on multiple occasions with no luck?

picked up the R1S Dec 1 and Alexa works about 40% of the time and wont work for another driver

Alexa has always sucked on all devices. Google Assistant used to be miles ahead but even that sucks now, would still prefer it over Alexa though.

Soft reset worked for me to. (For new folks like me who just looked this up) Soft reset is done by holding the far right and far left buttons down until the screens go black. Then patients wait and 3m after reboot I was able to sign into Alexa again.
