Excellent @vandy1981.. I love your solution! There's no need to remove the screen. You should be able to gently lift the top part of the dash with a trim tool and slip the wire underneath if the it's thin enough. You can then run it across the left of the dash and route it around the driver's side door trim.
I know for a fact that the one I bought at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B19LGTF9?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details works--see the photo from my post above.
I think you can see a bit of cord on the left-facing side of the dash when the door is open, but nothing is visible from the driver or passenger seats. Thanks; that path makes for a zero visibility cord, it seems.... yes?
I don't know if the cord provided by EVsportline is thicker or shorter than the one I'm using, so you may be able to get by with their solution ?‍Excellent @vandy1981.. I love your solution!
I ordered the power cord you linked. I'm going to run off the cig. lighter outlet (Dec 2022 build) to be sure I like the unit, then will run your cable for a great no-show look.
That cord is for a fuse box connection, and not the 12v socket in the dash. It's also similar to the one @EV Sportline already provides. No need to buy another one - just use the routing @vandy1981 suggests - if you prefer that path over the one recommended.Excellent @vandy1981.. I love your solution!

Is the round USB-C cable portion of the EVsportline supplied power supply long enough to tuck under the full length of the dash pad using the over the top mounting path? That cord is for a fuse box connection, and not the 12v socket in the dash. Not sure, as I didn't try it. Maybe DM @EV Sportline with the question? Is the round USB-C cable portion of the EVsportline supplied power supply long enough to tuck under the full length of the dash pad using the over the top mounting path?

Awesome! I hope you'll eventually offer your dash bracket with a ball mount that can be used with 3rd party phone cradles and devices. I don't think there are any other brackets like yours elsewhere.our included power cord is plenty long enough to rout this way![]()
in the works...but it's going to be a different bracketAwesome! I hope you'll eventually offer your dash bracket with a ball mount that can be used with 3rd party phone cradles and devices. I don't think there are any other brackets like yours elsewhere.
