Center Console is locked while driving...how to access??

Ha! We've had our R1S for over a year and I still learn something in these forums every day...Clearly a lot of smart people bought Rivians.

That's what I do when we're charging...Infotainment at it's best, but not everyone reads them constantly. I don't know that I even need streaming or YouTube...

I flipped through it before delivery. Then occasionally whenever a question pops up in my head. Too many people don’t read it at all and don’t use it to look things up; opting to ask strangers and expecting service. Unless obscure, or left out of documentation, they could have found answers in less time. If not, they could have learned other things about their car in the process. Adventuring isn’t all about the destination, is it not? It’s the process/journey. Discovery and acquisition of knowledge is similar.

I've had 2 mechanical failures on my truck - one was the center console button, and the other was the center console latch breaking which prevented the console from staying closed.

I would recommend physically going to the SC and asking them to open it because this is clearly a safety issue (you can't see!). This is not encouraged for general items, but I've been told by the local SC manager that it's ok to do this if you have a problem in real-time.
