Hello all,

I have completed 7/8 steps and waiting for 8 to unlock. My communication with my guide is lackluster and I wait for many hours before I get a response, if I get one. All's she can tell me is that it is in transit, which it has been for some time. Is it wrong to ask for a different guide, one that is more communicative? I have been waiting patiently and just want some info on delivery.

My guide is extremely responsive. He told me that all he can see is whether it is at the factory, in transit, or at the Service Center. It is too bad they don't give you the train and car number so you could follow it on the CSX website. I know Ford dealers can give you that information. Oh well.
