Clicking when accelerating from stop

That is definitely louder than mine. Sounds like a different thing.
I did find out I can replicate the clicking by just turning the steering wheel. I can do this one fully stopped it seems like something is moving just a hair and making the popping/clicking noise. I'll have to take some panels off and have the wife turn the steering wheel while I am underneath.

Found and fixed my issue!
It would click with the steering being turned at a stop. Had my son turn it back and forth while I crawled under (highest mode, tire change mode). It was coming from the front adjustment bolt on the right lower a-arm. I marked the adjuster location, loosened the nut (was nice and tight). Put some antisieze on was contact surface and tightened it back up. No more noise.
I did have to remove the wheel and liner to get enough clearance for that nut.

Agreed. When I was driving it this afternoon, I decided it sounds like the Popup Video thought bubble sound. <pop>.

Mine started doing it on the driver side at about 1100 miles. 1300 miles in and it’s now on both front sides.
Going to open a ticket on Monday. So many people have commented on it.
I can even feel sometimes through the accelerator pedal.

Yep I got the clicking sound too, at 900 miles or so. Definitely a different sound than what sacrementoelectric posted. I think I hear just two “click” “click”. Sounds just like a relay.

Did they resolve this issue for you? Mine starting making the same noise while in Conserve. Not as noticeable in all-purpose

Not yet..........Service called me yesterday and are planning to get something scheduled soon. My happens in every drive mode. It is getting pretty loud.

I have it too. 500ish miles. I assumed it was normal, a noise that might be present in most cars but is blocked by the engine noise. I drove my truck consistently for a week, and went back in my Audi and you don't realize how loud an ICE engine is.

I have an appointment in 3 weeks for the other suspension type noise reported often (the thunking/clunking noise at lower speeds) - hopefully will be addressed at the same time (but they couldn't guarantee. Wondering how many trucks are in and out of the centers...

Yep. I have the exact same sound.

I also will open a ticket for the issue.

Was just reading about a similar issue on the Chevy Bolt forum, it has been attributed to broken "Anti-Click Washers".. maybe Rivian is using something similar?

I know this is an old post but realized I never followed up on it. My video in this thread had hard 'clicks' and I didn't notice the creaks. The service center was able to fix the clicks (and have never come back) after replacing /adding some washers and retightening the axle. By now it's a well known issue with a common fix and don't think rivians off the line now are suffering from the same.

The suspensions does have other noises now that I consider normal (if not ideal).

Does anyone know what this clicking is? Bolts? Driveline? Half shaft? It clicks when you start acceleration— had the car two days.. bought used with 12,000 miles . I thought a couple clicks may have been a Rivian electrical relay or something. This is not that.
