Climate Control - Not Much Heat

Anyone else not getting much heat out of the climate control, whether in air mode or defrost? In defrost, it feels like it's AC cold, even if set to 84*F or HI.

When just using the fan and temp set to 84*F, it just feels like outside air or just room temp. Definitely not warm or hot.

I'm thinking they forgot to hook up my heater...

The steering wheel and seats heat up fine.

LOL, we Northern Californians still need to defrost a bit in the mornings.

If any one else is having this problem, I called Rivian support and they walked me through it. Coming from ICE vehicles all my life, I never thought to press the "AC" button after raising the temperature setting. If you don't press that "active climate control" button, it just runs the fan at ambient temperature. The same button that turns on the AC compressor also turns on the heating elements, depending on what temperature you set.
