Cracked Windshield Replacement by Safelite and Camera Recalibration?

Safelite ordered glass for me, gave me an appointment. After 3 weeks, I got a text 15 mins before the appointment, when I was already on my way, that it was cancelled. I called thinking the glass came in damaged and nope, they said they plain and simple cannot and will not work on a Rivian.

Just to be clear Tesla did not allow camera recalibration by owner until 3 years ago. Before it required a visit to the Tesla service center.
