Yeah Kyle has gone full Karen, he was banking on a big revenue week. My assumption is they wanted to hit delivery date they promised wall Street, so they launched it half backed. The influencers will all get delivery at once when the software and audio is dialed in

I agree. Currently my R2 doesn't have pet mode yet. It's coming in an update they say.

Not what they told me. But maybe you’ve been told something different. They can’t do deliveries in Virginia. All must be done in Gaithersburg and they are limited on capacity right now. Other regions are getting more inventory first.

R1 owner (early vin) and two day one R2 reservations. We’re in the ‘we’ll get an update later this month’ crowd.

VA makes deliveries all the time. Richmond has been doing deliveries since 2022 to not only VA, but to all the surrounding states that Rivian can’t deliver in.

My comment is specifically the Sterling SC. Richmond can and has for a while. If you're in the DC area you have to take delivery at the Gaithersburg, MD SC.

I'm rolling around in an iD4, so I'm use to half baked software/door handles/sunshades... I'll take an under cooked R2 all day vs the iD4! Funds are ready and near a SC - put me in coach!

Haha, get a used R1S. Maybe that'll move you up in line. Curious how many real customer deliveries actually happened the week.

OK. Thanks. I was confused for a bit there since my 2014 MS has had a few recent shop visits and that Richmond lot has tons of deliveries going on.

They also have several parking lots full of unsold cybertrucks around town. They're clever and are putting them in not heavily trafficked places but I've spotted them these last few months.

Because there are people out there with a narrative they would like to push and they have already made up their minds.

The negative aura people push out there and want to belive in is legit. From everything I have seen, Rivian has been delivering exactly how they said they would and things are going according to plan. So far, it has been a successful launch and on time.

Highly recommend that. I plan to keep my R1 and need the R2 also. They noted that in my account.

Apparently they will be changing that soon. They said they are making a delivery depot/SC in Capital Heights. Didn't ask for a timeline though.

I did a demo drive today and have a lease expiring next month and not a peep about getting priority. I hope it is true though.

Both Glen Burnie MD SC and Gaithersburg told me that Glen Burnie will be delivering soon. Hopefully another option for the DMV.
