You lost me at calling. I will die before speaking to anyone on the phone unnecessarily.

And I mean that literally. I’d either text 911 or drive myself to the emergency room vs call and have to speak to a person.

also: I did once call Rivian. And the resulting ticket had maybe 15% of what I told the agent. And what was there only sort of represented what I had said to them. So typing it in would be far preferable.

I do with the automated system didn’t also suck at that.
I'm truly sorry, but I don't understand your response.

Rivian service has been great to work with.
Normally I call in with my questions. They have also called me back to answer my questions I have sent in via the app.
Rivian gets my families economic vote, we are excited about the R2. The wife's garage is set up for a charger too.

Rivian R1T Launch 4/22
People sure are a-holes on this forum - the guy just posted his experiences and some write immature negative responses? I just sold my Launch Edition that I owned since they launched three years ago and one of the main reasons in service sucks big time (the other is I don't think Rivian will make it through another year of high inflation and bad job numbers next year).

Why stick around to participate on the forum of a dying company? OP didn’t share many details about his experience…

You would have struggled growing up any time before the 2010s.
I did.

(both grow up before the 2010s and struggled.)

And also Rivian called me today about my appointment next week. And I want you to know that this thread it the only reason I fought my urge to send it to voice mail. So paused my Zoom call and actually answered it.
