Do other folks still have the camera access off your app?

This morning I realized two things...the halloween update is gone, and also I dont see the option to see the cameras anymore via Connect+

Can you control the climate? This is how my problem started. Noticed live cams not working, then noticed remote climate not working so I deleted the phone key with the intention of readding to fix the remote features and now I'm stuck with no phone key because the issues lies with the vehicle.

Opal's are not working. I am receiving a message on the app, "You have limited connectivity. Some features are unavailable." Opal is in the driveway behind the house. It also says "Live cam cameras unavailable".

This function was working, but quit a week or so ago. I have tried using it with Wifi and with phone date only.

No Connect+ here; thus, no live cameras through app.
Saw some sort of Halloween thing pop up on app also. Now gone, too.

Yes, at some point I did not see the option for the live cam. It appeared after I disabled, then enabled it in settings.

Mine seems to work fine.

I just checked them, to be honest I’ve only looked at them 3 or 4 times but they have worked when I have tried them.

Live cameras missing here too. As well as any ability to do anything remotely farther than bluetooth. I sent an email to customer support 5 days ago and have yet to hear a peep!

I also have the same issue. I cannot view the live cameras from the app. After trying to load camera feed. I get a message saying " Couldn't connect to cameras. Something went wrong on our end. Try again." I contacted tech support yesterday. They are working on it? I believe it started with the last update? Tried infotainment reset and vehicle reset. No luck.

This must be randomly buggy as mine is working fine. As a data point, I’m Gen1 and connect+ subscriber.
