Does anyone know where this part is from?

I found this on the floor of my R1T. Not sure if it’s from inside the car or someone found it outside the car and just put there. Any idea where it could be from? Certainly some sort of cover.

Ditto on size/scale. It's also not the same texture and missing the tail/tether... or even suggestion of once having it. This is more likely an interior plug. Someone with service portal access should be able to look up the part #. Can probably just drop in on a local SC and ask.
