So like others, I found I can fast forward to 16 seconds and it plays. Or turn off ATMOS.

I hate to be captain obvious here but did you have a free trial for Apple Music that maybe expired? I had the same issue a few weeks back and forgot that I’d signed up for a trial that had ended. Just had to renew and was back up and running.
We've been on connect+since the trial ended in October. I wish it was that easy...

Thanks for the suggestions

Feel free to tell me to close this thread of this discussion is already happening but I’ve been unable to play ANYTHING in Apple Music for a week or so.
I have connect+, lte is showing a strong connection and am based in Portland Oregon.

is it just me?
Mine is not working, won't loan any content over the air. I can use the music on my iPhone via connected cord.

I was hoping this recent software update would resolve this issue but it seems to persist. I still just get the loading content message and unable to play anything on Apple music. When my wife gets back I'll try logging off and logging back in to the Apple account but not too hopeful.

Mine seems to work most of the time, but sometimes it says I have no connection, the music stops, and I can't restart Apple music or Spotify for the rest of my drive (or at least a long time), even though the icon in the top right seems to indicate that I've got full bars of LTE connectivity.

I have just tried to get used to the reality that when driving past certain areas of town, like past a school, or if driving by somewhere that a football game or concert is going on and cellular data bandwidth might get tight, I'll have switch to FM radio for the rest of my drive, even if just passing through quickly.

Do you guys have this issue, too?

My truck always seems to have 3 or 4 bars of LTE and my phone is always on 5G+ around here, though I'm not tethering since I pay Rivian for connect+. Losing the music I double pay for (the music sub and the connect+ sub) can be quite annoying.

UPDATE: After rebooting a few times to no avail, it turns out a password change to my icloud account was causing the app to half load and then return with an "an error occurred" message.

I logged out, logged back in with my new icloud pwd and it starting working again.

So if your credential's change, you'll have to know to log out and log back in. Obviously this makes sense but the app doesn't provide anything other than a generic error message after half loading your playlists. This is half on me but also half on them. I'll file this as a bug.
