To minimize tire wear, I return our vehicles to Standard height whenever they auto-lower to Low position.
How does standard height put less ear on the tires than low. And if that's true, then wouldn't max height be even less wear?

Interestingly, once you slow down to below 40mph, it immediately raises to Standard ride height.
That part bugs me. I wish it waited to raise it back up. When I’m taking an off ramp, I want my trucks center of gravity to be lower, not adjusting up. I’ll just have to take them at 45mph..

It's the subtle changes in alignment that occur when the suspension height is changed. It appears the wheel alignment is best at standard height, therefore reducing tire wear. "Low" or "High" changes the camber which affects tire wear.

FWIW, over my ownership I have occasionally run informal standard vs low height efficiency tests when on long interstate drives. Personally I have never seen a benefit to running at low height so almost always run at standard. I only run in low when in sport mode.

We have recently picked up a performance dual max R1S for my wife and I have been wondering why auto ride height keeps turning on. I didn't know the quad vs dual difference and had chalked it up to frequently changing drivers.
