I've been having this issue for a few days now. When I lock the door, the drivers side rear door handle won't close flush. Sometimes after driving for a bit, the handle will pop back into place. But most of the time, it's sticking out. If I push it, it will close back to flush. I tried to wash the truck to see if maybe there was some debris in the handle that was causing it to stick out, and I still have the same issue.

That should be something a mobile tech could fix.

I've had a similar issue every winter in our 2018 Model 3. A quick shot of silicone spray in the hinge area always fixes it, and usually for the entire winter.

First, take a look at the latch and make sure nothing's messed up or blocking it. If you can, throw some silicone-based lube on the moving parts – that usually helps with things getting stuck.
As for the handle acting up after driving, it could be because of temperature changes messing with the metal or plastic parts. It could be a little misalignment issue. Check for any visible signs of things not lining up right in the door or handle.
