EVBase Phone Charger

I traded in my Gen 1 R1S for a Gen 2. It's really a great car. However, the phone charger doesn't work that well with Android phones. So I ordered a 2025+ replacement phone charger from EVBase. Unfortunately, my new car's original charger is different from the one the EVBase unit is designed to replace. I cannot move the charging coils from the installed charger to the replacement -- the frame designs are different.

I tried calling EVBase but their voice mail is "full." So I emailed them but haven't heard anything back.

Anyone else have a good experience with EVBase customer service?

For better Android charging without messing with the factory pad, a dash mount's the easy route - we make two for the R1, one that clips to an AC vent and one that mounts on the dash, both wireless.
