When charging sessions are free, it doesn't connect to your account. Thus, just shows the standard rate on the screen. Just because it shows the $0.43 figure, doesn't mean the customer doesn't have the $4.00 monthly account. I pay the $4.00 per month and every free charging session shows me what I saved based on $0.43 rather than $0.31Suggestion: If you pay the $4/mo fee the cost goes down from $0.43 to $0.31 /kWh. You would have saved almost $9 on just this one charge (if it wasn't free). The monthly fee pays for itself if you charge even once per month, and you can always not pay for a month if you don't plan on going anywhere.
