Gear Shop Delivered Wrong Item

So I ordered a center console organizer from the gear shop and they delivered a NACS adapter to me instead.

I also got crossbars added to my vehicle purchase last December and they gave them to me on my delivery day (perfect). Fast forward 11 months later and I receive a package from Rivian with another set of crossbars.

WTF is going on over there?!

But also, yeah, there’s another thread on this. Someone clearly messed up and has been sending NACS adapters to folks who ordered the console organizer. Pretty wild. I still want both over here…

So far, they've been so unhelpful in correcting it, I'm considering selling the adapter. LOL

I'm about to order an organizer and see if they send me another adaptor. Infinite money glitch!

Yup same thing happened to me, trying to get it resolved is next to impossible. Also, the adapters are non returnable for safety reasons so it’s definitely a huge mistake on their end. At this point I’ll just keep it,

Add me to the center console / NACS list. I let them know via the chat and they said they'd process the exchange + return, but no shipping label.

Gearshop confirms 'not eligible for returns'. So seems they will have to let us keep them and send us the center console tray replacement.

I received an extra set of crossbars a few months after my R1t delivery also. Tried to return them but they were not interested. I keep the extra set at my beach house.

Wow same thing happened to me too. And now the center console shows as not in stock. Hope they held some back.
