Hello All,
I have my regular service scheduled this week for tire rotation and multi-point check. I spoke to the service rep who called me and let him know that while answering calls via Bluetooth - the other person is unable to hear me and always complain that the voice is breaking up pretty bad and I have to switch to iphone audio always to continue the call. He said this was a known issue and that a software fix may come in next few updates. Anyone else having this issue or is it just me. Also, what would be a right way to escalate this. I drive a lot and mostly take calls on Bluetooth so any advice is appreciated.
