Hide vehicle from others in Rivian App

I saw this toggle to turn on in the Rivian app that allows you to hide others from seeing your location. I didn’t know you can even see another Rivian owner’s location on the app. Do you folks see other owners vehicles?

No, that's not what that toggle means. Do you have more than one person on your app? For example, both my wife and I have the Rivian app on our phones. In our case, we each can see the location of the Rivian on our app. The toggle, since I'm assuming you're the one listed as owner, would hide your location from the other person who has YOUR Rivian on their phone.

So in essence hide my location from my wife when I'm using the car should I turn that toggle on. Personally, I do not care about that, so I don't bother, but that's what it's for.

Exactly, and my wife gets very upset when I do it! It works really well to both hide your location and start a large fight !
