Yeah, I was bummed out to find out the video of the accident on the GearCam video gallery, since from the outside it doesn't look like it took a significant hit. That was definitely a serious hit, although the other car didn't look like it was moving too fast.
I'm waiting on the door to arrive today and I'll proceed with the transplant.
The suspension lines are coming directly from Rivian and I'll try repairing the lines and follow the procedure from the Hollywood mechanic video on suspension repair. The brake fluid is completely out as well, so I suspect a leak in the lines too.
I'll have a PDR guy work on the bodily damage after.
I'm removing the seatbelts today. The biggest pain so far is removing the trim panels without breaking the plastic clips or damaging the panels. The clips Rivian used on the B pillar are major PITA to remove.

Hi fellow rebuilders, for those of you who had to deal with replacing airbags and seatbelts in a rebuild. Did you replace the RCM module per guidelines in oem1stop, or you just replaced the SRS components after the codes were cleared in RIDE and used the original RCM module?

I can clear the codes in RIDE, once I replace the airbags, but the instructions are stating that this module needs replacement.

Personally, I sent my RCM out and had it reset. Not sure if that did anything as I brought it in to Rivian after the repair. What I can say is they didn’t replace the RCM afterwards. This was about 7 months ago and I had no access to RIDE software. I’m assuming they just cleared crash data.
