I’m in Urbandale. I haven’t pre ordered one since I had to put a new engine in my f150 this past November. I really want to but want to see what the response is like with comfort and handling.

Peosta IA near Dubuque with an R1T pre order date of August 2019.
I had heard somewhere that there were two. I am initiating this next week, initial contact between our very good city planning corporation and the Rivian grid developers.
Dubuque so far has finalized a grant proposal for Electrify America to include one fast charger and two level two stations to be located at our new transportation hub, parking facility and bus station.
Rivian grid plan shows one each in Madison WI and Iowa City. Dubuque is half way between, so would make sense. Put one near our downtown, with short walk to our popular tourist sites.

Hey guys, I’m also in Ankeny. Got the white r1t with 22’s on preorder, my delivery window is July-sept this year but the way things are going I think I’d be lucky to see it this year. Still haven’t seen one in person..

Mine is white also with the same delivery window. I went with 21s and All Seasons for the milage advantage. I'm getting a Forest Green interior upgrade and four extra tires with no spare rim if they will do that. I don't want to have supply problems when I need new rubber. With the on board air, with a leak, just drive to town for the fix and carry a tire only if the original is unfixable.
Im going over to pick mine up I think. I've seen them there at the Normal open house and there is not much not to like.

Urbandale, ordered on Feb 22nd of 2022, no idea of delivery date but not expecting before very late 23, fingers crossed.

Will be excited to see one someday. I watched Long Way Up on Apple TV+ which is cool to see two prototype R1T's drive 13000 miles over very wild roads.
