I was trying to get an additional key card as one of mine got cracked (still works for now). The process requires making a service appointment (srsly?) and costs over $80. I mean WTH, Rivian? Tesla charges $40 for two key cards and a wallet, sent in the mail with DIY "programming." Rivian charges $80 and requires technician to "program." (I would think Rivian would have better things to do with scarce technician time than setting up key cards!) In any case, I am going live with the original. Nothing a little duct tape can't handle!
