I ordered the day they became available (Dec 20). I received Saturday, January 4. Doesn't work. I've been given an appointment on Jan 24th. I don't know why they didn't offer to send a new one.

Ah, bummer. I also ordered it within hours of release, received it Friday, Jan 3.

Luckily for me, activation and pairing was trouble free. I'm unable to reassign it to another driver profile, but that's a standing issue with my truck and I have a service appt set up for it.

Received mine yesterday, my vehicle is in service so can't try it out yet. I'm surprised the packaging didn't say Gen 2 or something on it. There was no packing slip on the box either

Yes, mine shipped and will be delivering on Friday. I am still waiting on my NACS converter. Can't wait for the fobs. My phone still doesn't pair correctly. I was told a patch is coming soon for that.
