Kneel mode issues/potential for damage

I'm also having the suspension sink in the front when it sits for two days. As soon as I go into drive, the air fills back up in the front. I was curious and inspected around the wheel wells and found 2 missing bolts in the driver side rear for the splash shield (I think that's the part's name).

Rivian has me lined up to get into Bellevue in the next 10 days as they say the suspension leak is a safety issue. Rep said they are booked for other Bellevue service appointments into late August right now.

I love the truck and just sharing my situation.

Through the app I submitted a service request. They called and reviewed the issues I detailed.

Service finally took care of this on my truck. Apparently the truck is actually keeping track of how much refilling has to occur and throws codes now. Would be nice if that could get exposed to us somehow.

It's interesting how they don't put that estimated cost on big ticket items like this. But they do on the smaller stuff that they then zero out.

Take it into service. You very likely have a leak. They'll replace the damper or strut which is what they did with mine.

They replaced it and no longer leaking. She's back on road.

Mine has been doing the same for a year. Finally got around to driving the 5 hours to Atlanta service center and today they informed me they will be replacing my strut as well. Hopefully that take care of everything.
