It's not a sexy midnight colour so not much to write home about. It's ECG, OC and 20" AT. Once I get it, I will launch an entire campaign around it with professional photos, drone video, shirtless camping sessions etc. That last bit was a joke. I promise to take loads of photos once I get it, which should be in September. Cheers.

Cheers mate! Im coming from two black cars so I have a weakness for black cars. I loved your first posts with your R1 and it made me seriously consider midnight. I was told I need therapy so I got the granite.

El cap on Ocean Coast is gorgeous and 20" AT is a match made in heaven.

I have a love / hate relationship with black.

My family got the final call on paint and I got to make every other choice from brand, propulsion type, wheels/mods, interior, all the way to budget/rate. That was a fair trade in my eyes.

I was tempted to grab one or two Launch Editions EL CAP configurations that popped when I had shop access for about 1.5 months. Ultimately my family wanted to stick with black and I wanted to honor that choice for them.

First post! Reserved in Nov 2021 - 0182XX. Had a delivery date for Q4 this year. But got access to the shop a couple of weeks ago, saw this build pop up which was the same as my order but without the Front PPF. No delivery date yet. Reached out to the Guide to try and get some idea of delivery date, but so far Guide is non-responsive (is this other peoples experience?).

My guide said was an Aug. ‘23 build.

I don't think so.

I am taking delivery in two days of an R1S 140XX, which looks like it was a mid-late June build. They seem to be producing faster and faster. In my opinion this is a good thing and means they are figuring things out and have made progress working out the kinks.
