Level 2 charger issue

Level 2 charger works well except that it charges when R1S is connected rather than on the schedule to which it is set. Tech tried to fix it, but no change. Any ideas?

Rivian charger. Worked well until six weeks ago. Problem have started with last update., but I’m not sure.

When that happens to me, it's usually because the Schedule got attached to a hotel or some other location rather than home.

Rivian app --> Energy --> Schedule, scroll down to map, and make sure map is centered on the location at which you want the schedule applied.

Rivian app --> Energy --> Schedule, scroll down to map, and make sure map is centered on the location at which you want the schedule applied.
