another option is to get the bright 20s and powder coat it. gets you a similar glossy look for way cheaper.
Yep, that's one option. Currently thinking of getting the 21s for free and then using any $ saved to get after market second set of wheels/tires. 2 sets for the price of 1.

Do you mean that powder coating will not be able to achieve a translucent colored coat?

I’d like to know the story behind the hourly tracking on the white board.
I can't read all of it, but generally those are Production Analysis Boards. Each hour they have a plan for produced units through that production area. Then the team tracks "actual" and there's another column asking to document the reasons for being Ahead or Behind - usually titled something like "Please Explain" Helps them get better every day by eliminating / solving production issues.

I just switched my color from Forest Green to Limestone.
Oh damn. Forest green is my current back-up. Or glacier white if I’m feeling real Karen-y.

These photos are great! I do like Limestone now, although I like LA Silver a little more. BUT- I'm actually leaning more toward Compass Yellow, purely because I know for certain that I'd be able to find it in a parking lot a helluva lot faster. Plus, I just like to be different. Are those dumb reasons? ?

Thanks for sharing, super helpful. I added a 'transparent' filter to your second link, which pulls up all the black top coats that are transparent/translucent: https://www.prismaticpowders.com/sh...r=pris_black&finishes=pris_finish_transparent

I like the midnight frost option as well since the finish is satin vs. gloss.

I had this thought too but another thread indicated there are no aftermarket offerings due to the unique offset… as of now I’m going 20s
