Looking for tire paint protection

We have clear film behind each tire, protecting the paint. It's getting loose and we want to replace it

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Any local shop that works with PPF can replace it. I'm not sure if Rivian's warranty covers the factory PPF sections, but putting in a ticket would let you find out.

if you add any PPF to the wheels, then make sure to have them rebalanced after...

I think OP may be referring to the small section behind the front wheels, near the cutout in the front fender plastic.
