My charge port door is currently working but the rest of the symptoms are pretty much the same. Makes me worried that will stop as well and I have no way to see the current state of charge - how are you seeing it?
Also, I called again yesterday and this time they said it needs a 12v reset and that a mobile tech CAN do it but it doesnāt help as there arenāt any mobile appointments available anyway. Hoping the service center will try to fit me in now that a relatively simple fix is needed but canāt talk to them directly. Super frustrating.
