To my knowledge, the software work that Rivian is doing thru the joint venture is JUST behind-the-scenes control software - the stuff that actually controls how everything in the vehicle communicates and operates. Anything user/driver facing is still up to the individual brand/manufacturer.2. With Rivian making software for Audi, VW, Porsche, and Scout, each of those will have a clear, differentiating style between their gauges, and infotainment. Would it be possible for Rivian to consider making skins for each drive mode that gives the displays a bit of flair. Rivian's own vehicles should be the flagship, gold standard for what the experience can be.
Granted, that might be old info, but it's what RJ and others seem to bring up the most.
