NAV, Driver+, etc. not working - Full reset sequence does nothing - next service appt June!

I noticed the red 'SOS' display show up in my dash yesterday. The NAV wasn't working (stayed on my home location) and wasn't sure what was happening. I called Rivina support and they suggested I do a reset (Left button and Hazard press). I tried doing the reset and it started okay with the chimes and dash message but after 10 seconds or so the only thing that happened was the hazards started blinking again, no reset. Multiple tries and the same result - bupkis...

I noticed my location services no longer function: my key/phone proximity constantly locks and unlocks at home, Driver+ doesn't work as it doesn't know which freeway I'm on, I can't Navigate anywhere or to a charger, SOS clearly doesn't work either.

The most frustrating part of this is that the earliest they can get me in to the South SF service center is the first week in June, six plus weeks away!!

Anyone have any ideas on what I might try to resolve this?

Did this happen after you did the latest software update? Same thing happened to me. After updating to latest version I lost GPS, Nav and SOS. Think it fried the TCM and temp fix it to disconnect the 12v batteries to get it to reboot. I have a mobile app this Friday to address it. Funny thing I still get streaming services and my GPS kinda works but updates my position like every couple of minutes. I’m also in SF and Rivian squeezed me in for a mobile tech to come out to do the battery reset. I suggest you call them and tell them you have a bad TCM and ask for them to come out and do a reset

Yes, that's when it happened, after the SW update.

Thanks for the idea, I'll try that tomorrow!

Mine did something similar where I lost all Cell connectivity (except spotify streaming), all GPS, and the WIFI didn't work either. The full reset did not work as it wouldn't refused to to it.

There was some telematics module they said was bad, and they replaced it. Been working fine ever since.

Thanks guys - trying to convince them to get me in sooner than first week in June!!
On a different issue I ended going to do a different service center where the wait was less than a month versus 4-5 months for the local one.

But, if your service it what I think it is I believe its going to be a day or two to fix it.

Good luck with that, if you're working with Bellevue. I just got off a very dissatisfying call with a Rivian "Service Coordinator" (if I'm remembering the role correctly).

"No," I can't talk to the SC.
"No," I can't ask for a mobile tech to come and try rebooting it.
"No," I can't move my appt sooner than June, because there aren't any available sooner.

Him: "They will run remote diagnostics before your visit, and try to have things ready for the visit."
Me: [beating my head against a rock] "... again, the Wifi and LTE don't work. They CAN'T run remote disagnostics..."
Him: "Well, I'm not technical, so I can't comment on that. But, I'll put a note on the file asking them to see if they can squeeze you in sooner."

*sigh* I was loving this truck for the first 800 miles. The last 3 weeks have been constant problems.

Same thing happened to me after the last update. SC appt early May, hoping for a mobile fix since I live 200mi from Boston.
