If you want to collaborate on bracket designs, I’m glad to share my files.
I'd love to try yours out. But I have to say that I have ZERO electronic design skills. I make things with my hands all the time, but absolutely HATE computer design. It should also be noted that I automate and electronify everything in life, except this one thing. Maybe because my job is to sit at a computer doing computer things all day and hobbies for me are manual.

Anyway, if you share I can print and test, and modify it manually, but can't help on the designs in software. I've just given up on doing this.

Printed another one, that I like a lot more...

PLA is useless for this, I think this might not even survive a test fit. It's so brittle. I need to get an enclosure for the nylon-carbon, and have some other upgrades coming like hardened nozzles.

PETG should work well with 30% infill. I've made quite a few automobile related items in the past, PETG easily survives cabin temps without distortion for years. No special enclosures or nozzles needed, and it's dirt cheap.

I may get some to try, but going to do the CF/Nylon first. I want to print AR-15 lowers and this is a good trial for it (yes, ghost guns). Note that the guy who made one of those print files above said 100% infill was his choice. I can tell you that PLA 25% is easy to break.

I too tried PLA at first, just to get in the ballpark for the design since that’s what I had handy. I did get it to work okay but the sun beat on it good and it bent it.

I was going to try ABS but read up on others having luck with using ASA for automotive parts. It definitely has held up to the sun better, but is a pain to print reliably (at least on my printer). I should try out PETG next time.

I would like to try a CNC at my work sometime and get one made out of aluminum! Not sure that’s worth the hassle since I got my ASA one to work pretty well so far.

of course starting just this weekend, I’m now having connectivity issues with the screen ?‍♂
