New Mobile Charger for $165

I have never seen one other than the one that came with my R1S. Mine is not the funky metallic brown /gold color. Mine is plain gray and the zippered bag is the same two tone gray wovenmaterial as the other bags for compressor hose and first aid

It’s not brown, the lighting in the room makes it look that way. It’s the same material as the one that came with my R1T and the compressor bag.

I ordered one, arrived Friday; Looks absolutely brand new, and exactly like the one that came with my rig. Haven't tested it yet; but suspect it's good. Plan to leave it at family members house.

Same with the authentic Rivian wristbands that woman is selling (I purchased one and it works 100% perfect)... where did she get all of them from?

she worked in the factory. likely at the injection molding machine either feeding or removing. her address and meal tokens were the give away.

Good price, very curious about provenance. I’ve been wanting a second portable for my wife’s EV. The Rivian charger is longer and lighter gage, so is much easier to use than hers. I also keep forgetting our other cord at home when we travel in any car.

I did an offer of $160.00 (just $5.00 off), and there was something that popped up with a $5.00 off code from eBay?.. never seen that before.. then I was able to Add to Cart, apply the coupon, and get $5.00 off. Not a huge savings, but just FYI. Screenshot attached. Thanks @kozak79. I'm going to test it once received, and assuming it works, I'm just going to keep it in my frunk permanently. This will provide a peace of mind. My current charging kit is sorta hooked up at home permanently using the NEMA 14-50 adapter to the outlet near my breaker box.

that’s why I bought another, I’m using a ChargePoint flex outside of my home and the mobile inside connected to a nema outlet. This extra one is for the truck.

I’ll report back once I get the charger. Hopefully I get it by end of the week so I can test it at a RV camp site I plan to visit.

I have a ChargePoint Flex installed outside of my garage and when I park inside the garage, I hooked up the portable charger to a NEMA outlet. This leaves me without a dedicated charger in the truck. Now I have an extra that I keep in the truck. Some people leave the extra portable charger at their vacation homes or relative's homes they visit often.

I don’t know this seller, but just received the charger and it is brand new like the description says for only $165. If anyone else is looking for an extra, seems like a good deal.

Newbie alert! But as I understand it, the software upgrades are delivered through the Rivian wallcharger, the one you can order for an extra $500. Does this walcharger have that capability as well?
