Over in Tesla-land, there's a long running tradition of sleuthing permits for new Supercharger sites.

It's been down to a science for years now. They know exactly when Tesla pulls a permit for a site, and they monitor its construction, and they announce its completion. All before Tesla says a word.

With the first 3 RAN CCS sites open, I'm hoping that talent can be applied to future RAN sites... But haven't seen a peep about it.

Is it happening and I just don't know where?

And anybody willing to do the sleuthing is more than welcome to add to the thread also listed here, and I’ll do my best to keep the map updated with addresses. I’ll probably be less good about adding final charger numbers and things like that once a station is open, but I can update those upon request as well. Also, working stations will be on Plugshare with more detail.

It's really obnoxious that plugshare won't add a filter for RAN.

My guess is once we get some more online, it will be a better argument and we will see a filter added.

Plugshare's excuse is that they only add a network when the network sends them data directly to integrate it. It's a good excuse I suppose. It would be really nice to be able to get availability data in plugshare.

Oh I know. But Chargepoint no longer provides them real-time status data, so unless I misunderstood Plugshare they are applying that requirement inconsistently. Perhaps they just mean they want the provider to send the locations to them directly.
