New update now phone charger pad not working

After successfully installing the update last night, my phone pad, charger, and under works. Called Rivian. Added to a service appointment. They had me do a reset. Nope-fi didn’t fix it.. Any one else have this issue.

If you get the odd beep and an extra 1% of battery charge, consider that a good day ! Service as normal where the charging pad is concerned!

Mine is working absolutely fine so might be issue with your phone …did you try any other phone?
